Based on our understanding of the clients needs, we design training programs & workshops which are characterised by the fact that we believe that people learn best by doing. So most of our teaching interventions are based on the concept of learning by experimenting. It means active participation during the day instead of merely listening. This is a key characteristic of how we design and organize our events. It entails case studies, group activities, games and discussions. In other words we work 'light' in terms of process, but 'heavy' in terms of content. |
