Listening We aim to understand the issues and challenges our clients face. Our understanding will be checked against our clients perspective.
Analyse We will get a firm grip on the clients issues and challenges by either interviewing several people in the organisation or do diagnostics by using a questionnaire methodology.
Design Given the clients issues and challenges; we will develop custom made solutions with possible characteristics such as; staff involvement, action learning and an innovative approach.
Implementation We will focus on solutions being implemented in the work environment. Possible characteristics are BPi working together with the client and fast decision making processes.

Based on our understanding of the clients needs, we design training programs & workshops which are characterised by the fact that we believe that people learn best by doing. So most of our teaching interventions are based on the concept of learning by experimenting. It means active participation during the day instead of merely listening. This is a key characteristic of how we design and organize our events. It entails case studies, group activities, games and discussions. In other words we work 'light' in terms of process, but 'heavy' in terms of content.
