Dr.Antonio Robalo, Associate Dean for International Relations

Reinier Starink has been involved with ISCTE university, Lisbon, Portugal, since October 2004. As a guest professor he lectures Communication classes and is involved with our yearly International Project activity. We are very happy with the energy and quality he brings to the university ...he is one of our guest professors who consistently receives high feedback scores from the students. Teaching comes very natural to him.

Malaysia Airlines (MAS)
Datin Sharifah Salwa Syed Kamaruddin, Assistant General Manager

Reinier Starink has been involved with MAS since July 2007 in the field of several initiatives we have employed in the last few years. The most important has been the design and co-delivery of our Transformational Leadership program. Further to this he has been involved in coaching - and career planning workshops. To date we have been very satisfied with the standard of quality, commitment, energy and creativity as displayed by BPi. We intend to continue working with him in 2010.

Shell Global Solutions
Loo Keat Choon, Learning Manager

I have known Reinier Starink since 2006. Reinier worked with me as a network coach covering approximately 90 senior leaders in Shell Global Solutions. I was very happy with the standard of work which he delivered and personal commitment he displayed when doing his activities with me. Reinier is very enthusiastic and passionate about learning and people development. Reinier has become a great resource to me in areas of change management, organisational change, coaching and people development.

Hong Leong Bank
Teresa Guanzon, GM Corporate Affair & PR

At our recent strategy meeting, we contracted the services of Breakthrough Performance. It was a high level meeting conducted over 2 days and attended by all the CEOs, COOs and select GMs of the banking and financial services arm of the Hong Leong Group. We had the executives from the Hong Leong Bank, Hong Leong Assurance, HLG Unit Trust, Hong Leong Securities as well as those from the holding company, Hong Leong Financial Group. One of our key objectives was to ensure that there was a balanced discussion of issues, an unfettered sharing of opinion and ideas and a comprehensive summation of all that transpired. Mr Reinier Starink was able to draw everyone out, regardless of position and business affiliation, through well thought-out activities and an expert handling of the discussions. Three years earlier, we staged a PR workshop which Mr Starink also facilitated. Mr Starink also co-designed and facilitated this workshop. It was because he ran this workshop well and proved himself a consummate professional that we invited him again in 2008 to facilitate our strategy workshop.

T-Systems
Ilja Stucken, Senior Project Manager

In 2008 I was facing the challenge of building up a global support organisation for our new customer. At this time the requirements on my role grew daily and I decided that I needed professional support. I contacted Reinier and we had a few intennse meetings and a lot of homework for me. After a phase of analysing together the key success factors for the devlopment of the business and for my own personal development I was ready to tackle the challenge in a structured way. Reinier and his team at BPi gave me full support when I needed it and together we organised a workshop with my leadership team to create the full understanding and accountability for working on the solutions together. The support from BPi was vital for me - I would recommend to work with professional support like BPi to anyone with a challenging business journey ahead.

Delft University, The Netherlands
Stella van der Meulen, Project Manager introduction programme PhD candidates

In april 2009 I was introduced to Reinier Starink and we started off with the development of a very interactive introduction programme for new PhD candidates from all over the world: PhD Start Up. Our cooperation was very fruitful because Reinier both challenged and inspired me to think outside the boundaries of the university and my own personality. We developed and organised an intense - and high quality introduction programme (three days) in cooperation with scientists and staff from within the TU. Furthermore in December 2009 Reinier organised a very effective two days Train-The-Trainer programme for the TU facilitators who will facilitate the PhD Start Up programme in the future. Personally I have learned and benefitted a lot of his authentic and professional way of teaching, facilitating and living.
