Our main line of expertise
We have 3 business units. The 1st one is focusing on 'Business strategies', which is thinking together with the client about what's the best business strategy long term for the client. This business unit is headed up by Reinier Starink, partner of BPi. The 2nd business unit focusing on 'Business results' is concentrating itself on revenue enhancement and/or cost reduction initiatives. Here we work with tailor made interventions or with a more generic approach of, for example, running labs (see under 'what we do' - LABS). This business unit is also headed up by Reinier Starink (Partner BPi). The 3rd business unit is focusing on 'Leadership & Talent development'. This business unit is headed up by Mozer Fakhruddin, a business associate of BPi.
Each of the business units have their own specific support staff, and all 3 business units are supported by a small secretariat and several researchers.
When dealing with Business strategies, Business results and Leadership & Talent development, our major focus is on companies who are serious in terms of wanting to deal with change and/or transformational efforts.
We focus on business results and/or develop the human resources of our clients in order to improve their contribution to business profitability and overall business performance. Specifically and increasingly so, we help our clients to either improving their revenue, or reducing their costs, by focusing on designing and facilitating business improvement labs.
