Reinier Starink (Dutch) is the Managing Director and is one of the partners of Breakthrough Performance inc. (BPi) based in KL. For 14 years he was employed with Royal Dutch
Shell in the areas of Human Resources and Change Management. Specific areas of expertise are in the field of business improvement, talent development, and designing and delivering change interventions. Born and educated in the Netherlands (Groningen University) and Italy (Johns Hopkins university), he is an experienced workshop designer & facilitator and change manager. He also is an associated professor with ISCTE university in Lisbon, Portugal, in the fields of International projects, leadership and communication.
Dr. Elisabeth Minnemann (German) is a Director / Partner. She was a management consultant in a Dutch Consultancy firm with a focus on Change management and on strategies for cooperation between organisations. She has worked as a director for market research. Born in Germany, Elisabeth has an academic background as associate professor in gerontology and developmental psychology at the University of Heidelberg.
Mozer Fakhruddin, (Malaysian) is a Director of BPi and has served as a Human Resources professional for 20 years providing services to over 14 cities in Asia Pacific with Sony, BP and Bumi Armada. He is specialized in driving growth agenda’s across ethnic and business cultures which require culture specific interventions. His focus has been on developing talent and managing performance. His experience makes him a skilled facilitator in managing difficult conversations. Mozer is able to provide a range of HR tools & processes to develop both complete solutions and generic core HR offers such as Competencies, Reward programmes & Coaching.
Fred Wulff, (Dutch) is a Director of BPi. After graduating from Indiana University Business School (1971), he initially worked for multi-national corporations in commercial management functions on 4 continents. In 1984 he joined a (then bankrupt) plastics manufacturing company in Holland as Managing Director; he re-organised and then expanded this company to become market leader in Europe, and established manufacturing units in the USA and Japan. Two years after taking this company public, he became semi-retired and part-time self-employed as interim manager, consultant, and/or executive coach for international companies. He can be typified as an all-round manager with extensive management experiences in start-up, turn-around, consolidation and acquisition activities with manufacturing industries world-wide.
Prakash Maniam, (Malaysian) a HR graduate from the University of Technology Malaysia in Skudai Johor, is Breakthrough Performance Inc's Operational Manager. Previously, he worked in Singapore for two years as a HR consultant, focusing on HR systems. Over the years, he has specialised himself in the area of virtual environments'. His strengths are in multimedia &e-learning design which also includes the development of web-based training (synchronous & asynchronous) and audio/video enhanced training.
Sarath Babu,is BPi's IT specialist. He has a background in Software Engineering (Northern University of Malaysia), and over the years has specialised himself in website design and systems improvement. His skill to continuously review and improve current systems lead to improvement of processes (and therefore increase efficiency en effectiveness of processes and contributions of people involved). When doing change interventions, the systems and processes involved are part of where BPi and Babu will be looking at.
